Women’s Equality

On your website page about your book, Championing Womanhood (now 2nd edition of Fluctuating Equality Imposed on Women), you mention Aristotle and his “diabolical” views of women.  What are some of his views that you think are so wrong?

From the author:

Yes, these horrible views of Aristotle are fully answered on pages 88-106 of my book you refer to.  Here are a few examples:

  • Women are too emotional, for example, more moved to tears and are more jealous.
  • Women are apt to complain, be deceptive, and be devoid of shame.
  • Women have fewer teeth [false] and are therefore inferior to men.
  • Females lack “the principle of soul” because they are not male.

Thomas Aquinas Christianized these views of Aristotle in the thirteenth century.  In our times, Aristotle’s ideas of women, for the most part, have been found false and debunked in Christianity.
