TIME REFERENCE
*******
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy,
and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. (Revelation 1:3)

There are of course many TIME references in Breakthrough Analysis of Daniel’s Prophecies but there are a few references when there is not a discussion of Daniel’s prophesied dates. This is one of those references:
Question: What effect does time have in influencing or shaping prophecy? What is the difference between the eternal “all is now” and predestination?
Answer: Time has no influence on prophecies from the eternal God, and predestination is a time-oriented concept. The eternal Elohim does not know time, only eternity. Time enters the prophecies not as an element of God’s thinking in the “all is now”) but enters through the prophets’ translations of the eternal into terms that humans can understand.
Dr. Dermott here notes this Bible citation:
That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been;
and God requireth that which is past. (Ecclesiastes 3:15)
